March 8th 3:19pm - Case # 4075731 - Petty Theft - Suspect was caught red handed by store associate. LP officer was alerted and escorted suspect to backroom LP office. Upon checking suspects person, there seemed to be enough cash to pay for the item. Although suspect came out with what seemed to be all of it, LP officer had a feeling of thievery in his gut. Suspect was taken to backroom LP officer for a strip search, which revealed the LP officers beliefs to be true. Male suspect had a lot more to lose, therefore was pressured by LP officer to coerce his accomplice into pleasing him. LP officer was highly satisfied with the result. Febuary 1st 4:18pm - Case # 7956845 - Grand Theft - A group of teens have been notorious for stealing in large quantities around the area. This store in particular was missing hefty amounts of stock with no return. After weeks of observation, the theft ring was confirmed as a group of young female suspects in school uniforms. The group came in and LP officer was automatically alerted. After observation, suspects were caught on camera all stealing. The scene was rushed, and all got away but one. Suspect was offered a deal if she gave up her accomplices, but refused. When pressured that her friends were giving her up, she was willing to tell the truth, but only for guaranteed immunity. LP officer pulled some strings, but after some long hard work suspect was able to get on his good side and let go proceeding her testimony. Evidence logged on Feb 1, 2017.

Under high pressure from LP officer, a sting was to be set up to catch her accomplice, and following his capture female would be let off, but not without a stern lesson being taught to her first. Apprehension by LP officer ensued. Police and Father of the suspect were called. Suspects father showed up pleading for the release of his child. Suspect had been observed stealing receipts from trashcans, taking the merchandise from the store, then getting cash in return. Store owner did not want to reconcile the damages.
