too bad scene groups never rip the extras and other bonus stuff on dvd.
according to xcritiv review, there is additional fuhcking in the bts. :(

the reason is simple:
the groups don't bother to check if the extras are re-used material or not!
so they just leave it out - practically a standard operating procedure.
although they actually could include extras acc. to the scene rules:
